UDL: Muslim Believers Are The Most Self Sufficient People (IV)

17:19. Those who do wish for the (things of) the Hereafter and strive therefor with all due striving and have Faith they are the ones whose striving is acceptable (to Allah).

Purity is half of Eemaan (Faith). ‘al-Hamdu lillaah’ [Praise be to Allah] fills the scales, and ‘subhaanAllah’ [Allaah from every imperfection] and ‘al-Hamdu lillaah’ fill that which is between heaven and earth. And the Salaah (Prayer) is a Light, and charity is a Proof [evidence], and Patience is Illumination, and the Qur’aan is a Proof either for you or against you. Every person starts his day as a vendor of his soul, either freeing it or putting it in danger.

Previously, we learned from the 18th verse of the 17th Surah and the related hadith was that We get to Paradise by fulfilling our religious duties even though many times they are difficult.  And that we go to Hell through following our wrong desires without Taqwa/G-d Consciousness.
