The people on high are selling-off to the people who don’t know.  This means that there are a lot of transactions/Volume but in “a channel” [higher highs followed by lower lows; Boom and Bust] because the big boys are selling off [into the strength which they create] to the little boys who don’t see the hole in the boat. Manipulating Volatility [Fear and Greed] = Pump and Dump in Cryptocurrencies especially in ICO

Economic collapse is a mathematical certainty (Debt and unfunded liabilities; Fiat currency collapse; De-dollarization;). The government has a level of debt that is IMPOSSIBLE to pay back. (See WCP Notes 2-6-17)
