"Men are those who fulfill their responsibility to establishwomen by recognizing the favors of Allah by which he obligates them to the other and by what they spend for themfrom their wealth. So, righteous women are devoutly obedient [to Allah], guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard.” HQ 4:34
"Thawban reported: When the verse was revealed, “And those who hoard gold and silver,” (9:34), some of the companions said, “This was revealed about gold and silver. If only it revealed so that we may know which wealth is best to take.” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best wealth is a tongue that remembers Allah, a grateful heart, and a believing wife to help him in his faith.”
In another narration, the Prophet said, “And a believing wife to help one of you in matters of the Hereafter.”
