What were the values that made Kobe Bryant (RIP) so great?

Work, learn, absorb, compete with yourself, curiosity, imagination, meditation (salat and alpha wave), aspirational, dream, mental/physical rehearsal, Striving for excellence and for perfection.

Hierarchy is just a name for any “game” (politics, business, education, culture, sports, etc.). Hierarchy is a structure of a set of values. Its values are whatever “wins the game”.  The highest value (the most important behavioral strategy; way of being) is whatever is at the Apex of that particular hierarchy.

Every Hierarchy has “statuses”.  For example, we’re coming into the NBA All-Star break and there are hierarchies for every position. Those who are chosen are chosen because of their status in the hierarchy of their position. Who's the best guard? Who's the best forward? Who's the best center?  The same for the pro-bowl in football.

In the game of basketball, guards have a different set of problems to solve than the forwards and the forwards and guards have a different set of problems than the centers, etc.

A paradigm is a philosophy or set of assumptions and/or techniques which characterize an approach to a class of problems.  Applying the right paradigm makes problem solving easier.

Archetypes are representations of the best patterns of adaptive behavior for a particular hierarchy.
