I’m sure G-d could have made us spirits, made us conscious without these physical bodies. Because, actually, I’ve come into a level of life where I’m living outside of my body and inside of my body at the same time, you don’t have to believe that I’m not saying it to you to make you believe it.  I’ve come a level of my development where I live outside of my body and inside of my body at the same time, I mean really. It is real.

Consciousness lives in the body and the outside body

" When I say I'm living outside the body, I'm talking about our consciousness which also goes outside our body. Our consciousness is not only in our body. We couldn't be alive in the world, couldn’t have life if our consciousness was confined to our body. Our consciousness lives in the universe not just, in the environment, the local environment. 

Consciousness lives, the place for it is the universe. The full extent of G’d's creation that's the environment of the conscious, the rational conscious. I should say the conscious period not just the rational conscious because the man who's not rational he just has appreciation for beauty. His conscious goes to the farthest regions of the heavens too.[1]
