Uncivilized behavior, and they would promote the uncivilized behavior to get the control over the people again and after the people got in so much trouble that it awakens the alarms the intelligence of the people that didn't want to go down in the hell with the society the people come up and start protesting against it and when they protest strong enough then the leaders of this know “Now, it’s time to shift it back to the pedestal of civilization.”
