"Allah says that His throne was first established on the water. What does that tell us? That for those who move from the principle of pure faith, pure spiritual faith, to a principle of social order and development, still your salvation is faith. It was established on the water and water is still needed on the land; for a land without water is called, in the Qur’an, a dead land. It is a dead land and we know that for a fact." Imam W. D.
