"Living and Leading in the Legacy" w/Special Guests Hanif and Baiyina Khalil

As a former student of the Clara Muhammad School of Miami, FL and the eldest child of parents who transitioned to Al-Islam through the Nation of Islam, Baiyina has always had a strong sense of who she is and what she is capable of. On March 18, 2000, at the age of 19, she married Hanif M. Khalil. 
Hanif M. Khalil is the 8th of 12 children born to parents who also transitioned from the Nation of Al-Islam under the leadership of Imam Warith Deen Mohammaed. Hanif knew as early as 12 years old that marriage was his goal. He transferred from Kansas State University to Florida State University after marriage at the tender age of 19. Before graduation, he became a father in April 2002. 
Both Hanif and Baiyina graduated from Florida State University in December of 2002 with a BS in Sport Management and a BS degree in English Education, respectively.
