75:1. I swear by the Day of Resurrection

     2. And I do call to witness the self-reproaching spirit; (eschew Evil).

3 phases:

#1 (Nafsa la Ammarah) The state of being Inclined to evil (due to unmanaged desires).

#2 (Nafsa Lawwama) The state of embracing our natural capacity to recognize right and wrong that Allah has put in our nature. The Organ of Repentance (Maududi)

#3 (Nafs Al-Mutma’inah) The state when the battle [over your Nafsa La Ammarah ala Prophet over his Jinn] is won and you come into a state of being pleased with complete obedience to Allah.
