Anne Elkin - VP of Global HR Solutions, Qualcomm

Anne Elkin has almost 30 years of Human Resources experience and is currently a Vice President in Human Resources for Qualcomm. In 2018 she created and now leads the Global HR Solutions organization of over 250 worldwide HR professionals who support Qualcomm’s 33,000 employees focusing on delivering HR programs and services. Anne joined Qualcomm in 1995 as a Learning Specialist.  Over her tenure she has held roles in Talent Acquisition where she handled recruiting at all levels including executive hiring and onboarding, as well as held several HR Business Partner roles. In 2005 she was the Head of HR for Qualcomm Europe on an assignment in London where she and her family completed an expat assignment.  In 2011 she was selected to lead the Employee Experience and Employee Integration for Qualcomm’s first public acquisition when they acquired Atheros. Anne graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s in psychology in 1994.
