Erin Packwood is Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Transformation at Sysco Corporation, the largest global foodservice distribution company,headquartered in Houston, Texas. She has over 20 years of experience developing and managing a wide range of human resources programs, including compensation, benefits and employee engagement plans, from strategy and inception to execution and administration. Prior to joining Sysco in 2014, Erin was a Partner and the Central U.S. Talent Consulting practice leader at Mercer, a leading global human resources consulting firm, where she worked as a talent and rewards strategy consultant for over ten years. She began her career as an investment banker with DeBellas & Co., a boutique firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions of staffing and information technology services companies, where she realized the importance of human capital engagement and cultural alignment in driving business results. She also served as the global head of Total Rewards & Engagement at Transocean, the world’s largest offshore oil and gas drilling contractor for nearly four years.
