Courtney McCarthy is the Market Executive for the Coastal New England Market at Merrill, leading offices in Providence, RI, Mystic, CT, Hingham, MA & Hyannis, MA. In partnership with local leaders, Courtney works to connect Merrill Lynch and Bank of America’s business lines to deliver integrated financial services to individuals, families, and businesses. In addition to her role as Market Executive, Courtney was named the Bank of America Market Integration Executive for Rhode Island in June 2021, where she is responsible for leading cross-business partnerships to champion business  integration and advance the company’s responsible growth strategy in the local Rhode Island community.

Courtney started her career at Merrill Lynch as the Associate Market Manager for the Rockefeller Center Complex.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Courtney was the Assistant Market Head for the 200 Park Avenue Office of UBS. In this role, Courtney was responsible for sales leadership, practice management and business development. 

Courtney earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Bucknell University and holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation.

Originally from Princeton, NJ, Courtney currently lives in Providence, RI with her husband, Matthew. Outside of work, she  enjoys running, cooking and in 2019, completed her third NYC marathon.
