Tammi DeWildt provides support to Site based HR/LR team members and the Manufacturing leadership team at GM. Tammi is responsible for hire to exit at 8 critical manufacturing sites across GM’s N.A. operations. Outside of work, Tammi enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and traveling.
As a Talent Acquisition Leader at GM, Adrienne Dudka leads the overall vision and strategy for early-career recruitment. Her team innovates to support the enterprise goal of being the most inclusive company in the world by acquiring diverse skill sets into entry-level roles. Outside of work Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the golf course or just in the comforts of home!
Andrea Hidalgo grew up in N.Y.C. and studied Mechanical Engineering at Stony Brook University. She is currently a Racing Project Engineer and previously worked in diesel engine calibration and transmission development. She is a member of the GM Latino Network and leads the Hispanic Partnership Recruitment team.
Cecilia Nguyen is a Software Developer on the Digital Business Software team at General Motors IT. In her free time, she’s currently reading books about transformative justice and decolonization.
Nora Rincon is a Mexican-born Mechanical Engineer that grew up in Chicago, IL. She was hired by GM as an intern at a SHPE Convention. She has held various roles in Manufacturing and is now a Program Quality manager for Vehicle Processes. She is a member of the GM Latino Network and leads the Hispanic Partnership Recruitment Team.
