He believes that if Obama wins it's simply more of the same, but if it's Romney there will be a period of heightened expectations, leading to the inevitable downfall. Peter feels that it's simply too late to call back the economic missiles--in the form of QE3 and that we will eventually have to suffer the looming generational battle over social security and medicare. They can't be paid for and a decision about their future must be made.
