Nothing stays the same with time everything will change. New houses become old, land even change a empty field becomes a shopping mall. Laws and rules change. Many are expecting things to stay the same, but time will change it all. Food from your local state has been giving out for years and years. Many took advantage of it in a negative way, so the Government has been working to make changes but never really got around to it for some reason. Warning has been spreaded year after year, no one thought it would happen because it appeared the could not get together on just how to fix the problem. In 2018 they discover a Food box and less EBT money is a solution.  Those that are in need appreciate what is given to them and those who feel it is owed to them want like it and will never appreciate a food stamp cut of any kind.
