Duranice Pace became a well known personality ever since a video clip of her singing went viral on the internet.

Duranice Pace, a singer who was part of the gospel group the Pace Sisters, died on Thursday, her family announced. She was 62. On Jan. 5, the Pace family announced that she had been hospitalized. The group's members are Duranice Pace (deceased), Phyllis Pace, June Pace–Martin, Melonda Pace, Dejuaii Pace, Leslie Pace, Latrice Pace and Lydia Pace. ... The eldest sister, Evangelist Dr. Duranice Pace, who was one of the lead vocalists and also wrote many songs for the group, died on January 14, 2021. Duranice Pace, an American Gospel Singer who had moved the hearts of many people, passed away on Thursday, January 14. Pace was the oldest of Atlanta’s acclaimed sibling gospel group the ‘Anointed Pace Sisters.’ The sisters did live up to their name, with voices that touched the hearts of anyone who had heard them sing. The anointed sisters were introduced to the world only a few years ago, thanks to social media. The video clip had turned her into a viral internet sensation.
