Activities are being organized around the world among the millions of victims of Electronic Torture      to inform the public that July 31 is "World Day Against Electronic Torture." For the first time ever Professor Nils Melzer, UN Special Rapporteur on Torture, will present to the 75th UN General Assembly Session in October his report on "Cybertorture" which are Forms of Computerized Remote Electronic Torture against Illegally Targeted Individuals worldwide. This includes:    

• In addition to the Electronic Torture forms explained, there is another type of Torture that is included in this program--which is the Stalking by either Single Individuals or Groups of Individuals in order to Deliberately Harass and Intimidate the Innocent Civilians who have been Targeted.

• This type of Stalking, also known as Gang Stalking or Organized Stalking is often done by Bullying the victims and Mobbing them in public-- in shopping malls, at work-- and sometimes they perform what is called “Street Theater,” where a group of people has rehearsed in advance how to Harass and Intimidate an individual as though it was part of a Rehearsal, as in a Play, or to Intimidate and Terrorize. These actions are carried out as a form of Psychological Torture or an effort to Intimidate victims when they try to Report or Redress these Human Rights Violations. This appears to be a form of State or Domestic Terrorism.
