1.) Adam Silver recently stated that the league is exploring different options to reseeding the Playoffs.

2.) Adam Silver also stated recently that changing the league's 19 year old age requirement, which has lead to the rise of "one-and-dones", is not currently a priority. This statement comes amidst a dossier citing rampant financial benefits and incentives to current and former players or family members, including top prospect DeAndre Ayton, and many others.

3.) In the Warriors win over the Thunder Saturday night, Zaza Pachulia appeared to intentionally fall on Russell Westbrook.

4.) Greg Popovich recently stated he'd be surprised if Kawhi Leonard returns this season, despite Woj reporting he has been cleared to play by Spurs' doctors. Kawhi has since returned to the team, and is reportedly targeting a March return.

5.) Jimmy Butler is going to miss at least 4-6 weeks after undergoing meniscus surgery. Minnesota has officially listed him as out indefinitely.

6.) Mark Cuban was recently fined by the NBA for saying it was in the best interest for the Mavs to lose. Should the league have fined Cuban for his comments?

7.) Mark Cuban is under fire after a report in SI revealed rampant sexual misconduct by men within the Mavericks' front office. Former team president and CEO, Terdema Ussery reportedly terrorized numerous female employees over the course of a decade. Mavericks' beat writer Earl Sneed was retained despite two domestic violence incidents; the second targeting a co-worker. Senior Vice President of the Mavs' HR department ignored numerous complaints levied against Ussery and Sneed.. Cuban has since fired Pittman and Sneed. Ussery left the team nearly three years ago. Cuban denies any knowledge of the sexual misconduct prior to SI's report last week. Former AT&T executive, Cynthia Marshall, has been named interim CEO.
