1.) Jimmy Butler, according to reports, got into a heated discussion with Sixers coach, Brett Brown, about his offensive role on the team.

2.) The Minnesota Timberwolves fired head coach and president of basketball operations, Tom Thibodeau. Ryan Sanders, son of Flip Saunders, will be the team's interim coach. Fred Hoiberg is reportedly on the short list of candidates to replace Thibs, as either head coach or GM.

3.) Enes Kanter will not travel with the Knicks to London due to his concerns for his well being overseas, because of his comments on the Turkish government.
