Michael Pollan is a renown documentarian and enviromentalist, he has authored many books and a few media representations on the story of food in this modern age. His efforts are helping open minds to the very real issues of food sources and sustaimablity. There are all sorts of people who are very concerned about the how, what, were, and when surrounding food.
