What is it that causes on person to look at a glass and declare that it is half full, while another person will observe the same glass as being half empty? One little word can describe it: Mindset.
One dictionary says that mindset is a fixed mental attitude or disposition that predetermines a person's responses to and interpretations of situations. Another states that it is a particular way of thinking : a person's attitude or set of opinions about something.
