Tell It From The Heart: And Don't Blame Anyone Else for What You DIDN'T Say

I just simply won't ever buy into it. "I won't say my piece because of ___________".....you fill in the blank. Who do you blame for not expressing yourself? Is it your spouse? Your parent? An employer? Your 3rd grade English teacher?

Listen. I'm not oblivious to the fact that adverse experiences in life can send a signal (or rather, we perceive) that we don't "have a say"....but we do. And it's time to wake up out of the illusion that we don't and get busy mindfully turning life around in a conscioius direction.
