Tune in as Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation (www.QueenQuet.com) broadcast live from the Sea Islands in the midst of 1000 year flood waters that came as Hurricane Joaquin came through welcoming in "Gullah/Geechee Cultural Heritage Awareness Month."  Queen Quet will discuss the value of understanding climate science as it relates to protecting cultural heritage on the coast.  She will also discuss the status of various Gullah/Geechee coastal communities that are still floating through flood waters in the Carolinas.
