She is an Inspirational Speaker, Minister, Motivator, Mentor, Author, CEO, and Founder of Motivate and Pray, Inc. By means of tele-conferences and live events, she uplifts members of her audience with powerful words that inspire them to reach new heights.
Marcella is known to her audience as the “Reminder, Motivator and Life-Giver.” She serves as a Minister at the Abundant Life Family Worship Church under the leadership of Bishop George and Pastor Mary Searight. She facilitates a weekly Motivate and Pray empowerment call and the monthly Caring 4 the Caregiver support call. Both tele-conference calls serve as a resource for motivation, inspiration, empowerment, encouragement and prayer.
