Independent Women. Who Needs a Man?

Has social independence driven people apart?  Will money really make that much difference? What does it mean to have a big house with no one to share? How does it feel to have a great car with no place to go and no one to ride along?  How will people live and let others live the life that one chooses? Have we become a "High Tech but Low Touch" society?  Where do we go from here?
