Truth Lives, Truth is power! Dying to Self.

Studying about putting on the whole armor of God challenges us to examine our relatonship with the Lord. You cannot put on the whole armor without the necessary relationship in place with God. He must be our first love and we must have died to ourself and walking in the Spirit of the Lord. We must be clothed in Him by entering into spiritual union with Him. Your greatest desire is to be with Him, to reign with Him. His word must continually be in you and it must not depart from out of your mouth and heart. It must be alive in you.

Putting on God's armor is not a matter of tradition or a customary response to our teachings. It must be taken with the utmost sincerity. The enemy is able to recognize when sincerity is not there. If we are going to have God's power released in our lives, it must be through obedience to Him, to Hi word..  We must totally forget that we have a life of our own. We died to ourselves and came alive in Christ Jesus. Are you hungry enough to do what it takes to have the same power and anointing of the Holy Spirit as Jesus operating in your life?

Let read Mark 10:17-25 - Would you say this man had confidence in how he was living his life in Jesus. It sounded like he felt that he was doing all the right things. Yet he was unsure about eternal life, so he asked Jesus the question, what shall I do to obtain eternal life?
