The State of Kentucky appears to be controlled by the Kentucky Farm Bureau & the Kentucky Houndsmen, when it comes to animal welfare. Why is that? Why is Kentucky one of 5 States in this Country that allow bestiality. A term having sex with animals. Why is that? Time to come out of the dark ages, Kentucky. This is not the wild, wild west anymore. We are in the 21st century, where there are reputable organizations that care about animals. 1 out of every 2 households in this Country have a family pet. That equals millions upon million of animal lovers, advocates & activists within the Nation. It's time to make changes in the State of Kentucky. The State lawmakers didn't even introduce the anti bestiality law, as they promised they would. We are going to be discussing a hoarding situation that has gone on for many years. The local officials of Elliott County turned a blind eye & continue to do so. The Dept. of Agriculture in Kentucky, another bunch of interesting folks. Why would a Vet from the Dept. of Agric. that deals with cattle, has nothing to do with dogs, be sent to The Trixie Foundation with over 170 dogs? It was told to us that the Vet, Dr. Beth Johnson was seen roaming around the parcel of land & did not examine 1 dog. When the Dept. of Agric. was asked why they sent a cattle Vet to the property, calls went unanswered. Shame on you, Dept. of Agric.
We will be discussing changes needed in the laws of Kentucky to protect the animals. Also, the horrific hoarding case & arrest of Randy Skaggs of the Trixie Foundation. Arrested on 179 counts of animal cruelty.
On May 1, 2018 Trixie Foundation was raided, animals were removed from the dungeon. Tune in!
