This episode is to honor the 73 animals that died unnecesarily.73 innocent souls depended on a rescue, called Celine's Cats & Canines, run by Celine Broecker, Fort Worth,Texas. Whistleblowers continue to speak out. Why is Celine still running a "rescue" when she cannot even afford to pay her own bills? This is not rescue, more like begging for other people to pay her bills and provide for her rescue animals. An ever increasing movement of whistleblowers feel this is harming the animals within Celine's possession. It has come to our attention that this particualr "rescue" has recently moved to a new undisclosed location, that we cannot reveal at this time. Where are these dogs being housed?  Celine is living in a mobile home, dogs are not allowed in the main living area.  Are they stacked in crates, stuffed in one of the bedrooms? Are they living outside? Celine is begging for heavy blankets, which leads us to believe that the animals are not properly protected against the elements. Is this rescue or is this a means of making money off of these innocent victims? These questions need truthful answers.Celine begs for dog food, begs for help to have her household bills paid for, but can afford new items for herself. Meanwhile it is evident the dogs are not receiving proper medical care. I ask you again,  is this responsible rescue?
