Join us for a discussion on this topic. Should every dog be saved? In a perfect world, the answer would be an absolute YES! However, we do not live in a perfect world. Sadly, the amount of dogs that are euthanized on a daily basis in the USA is exorbitant. We all know that to be true. Dogs are like humans, they each have their own personality. With so many dogs in shelters today, how do you know you are getting the right dog for your family?
A guest panel consisting of professional certified trainers from Texas, Georgia and the NorthEast will be sharing their views on how to assess a dog and what practices they take to evaluate the dogs temperament.
We will be discussing dogs that are labeled difficult, and have shown signs of aggression toward other animals and/or humans. What measures are being taken to ensure the safety of the Communuty and other animals that the K9 would be in contact with? Are the shelters and rescue organizations working with a certified professional dog trainer?
Join us this Wednesday night, January 15th from 6:30-8:30pm, EASTERN Standard time.
