Melissa Ramski was born in Fort Pierce, Florida, and by the time she was age 5, she started to sing and perform at various events, including weddings, barbecues, fairs and concerts. In December 2005, Melissa performed for the Wilmore Opry Christmas Show at the Heritage Center near Medicine Lodge, Kansas. The Wilmore Opry is managed by Martina McBride’s family. 
Melissa has been producing commercially available music and films since 2008, when she started as a duo with her sister. They were known as The Ramskis. Their first album was called, Lost In Your Eyes. Melissa’s first song, Perfectly Imperfect Melissa was chosen to be used in a short film called, Careful What You Wish For by Producer Tim Vogel Lancer films. 
The Ramski’s country version of Winter Wonderland was released to radio in 2009 and was nominated for the CMA and Grammy award Country/Pop Recording Artist Eligibility List. 
Melissa later ventured out on her own as an independent recording artist and was awarded The Best Female Solo at the Indie Ville TV Awards. 
In 2017, She released her new single Masquerade and was awarded Indie Ville Artist of the Year.
In 2018 Melissa was awarded by LOZ Radio for the Hottest Winter Song for her single Masquerade. Then in May of 2018 LOZ Radio awarded her as Entertainer of the Year.

She was also nominated for three categories in the JMA's Josie Music Awards which was held at Dollywood in September 2018.
