Emmy Winner Michal Towber @ 8pm on The Paige Roberts Show/646 668 8941

In 2005 Michal Towber won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Composition for a song written for the daytime television drama, One Life to Live.

She was signed by SONY/Columbia at the young age of 17 and was mentored by Billy Joel.Mr. Joel is quoted as saying Michal’s a great songwriter. 

Dave Pirner from Soul Asylum accompanied her to her senior prom. Later, he produced her first album titled Sky With Stars on SONY/Columbia. 

Towber’s  music has been featured by SONOS, Radio, Canon, and Urban Decay.

Michal recently joined the ISSA (International Singer Songwriters Association) and released her newest album, No Resolution in October of 2018.

She says her music is influenced by Nirvana, Fiona Apple, Hole and Nine Inch Nails.
