Changes in legislation and regulations may lift up small to medium sized banks and increase the amount of lending by the biggest banks. Bob Pozen is a Senior Lecturer at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, a Senior Research Fellow at the Brookings Institute and former Associate General Counsel for the SEC.
