Rev Louis N. Otey Jr and his wife Rev Debra R Otey reside in Penn Hills in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and have served for 24 years as Pastors of New Covenant Christian Fellowship in Swissvale Pa. Pastor Louis was a Substance Abuse Counselor for the Air National Guard for 4 years and is a Certified Biblical Counselor. Pastors Louis and Debra have been married for 41 years and are the parents of three daughters. Faith, Melissa and Danielle and six grandchildren.
