Tom Laird is the Executive Director of the Christian Counselors Collaborative, and the Counseling Ministry at Allegheny Center Alliance Church, and is an ordained minister. His areas of interest and experience include marriage counseling, depression, grief, addiction issues, and relational and spiritual struggles.  He received his Bachelors Degree at the University of Pittsburgh in 1983, and his Masters in Biblical Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 1990. He worked on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ at the University of Wisconsin for 6 years. Tom is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Since 1991, he has provided Christian counseling in Pittsburgh and McKeesport. and since 2014 he has counseled out of Butler Community Alliance Church.  Tom has attended ACAC since 1990. He has been married to his wife Jeanne since 1986, and they have four adult children. Tom joins the show today to talk about what he is seeing as a counselor during this time and to provide some tips for those who may be experiencing emotional challenges at this time.
