June Jeffries: Dynamic Preacher and Teacher

Reverend June P. Jeffries was called by the Lord to preach in January 1999 by the Scripture, “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers” (Ephesians 4:11), and she remains obedient to that Scripture today. She is the Pastor of New Life Baptist Church, where the Word of God is being preached and His abiding presence made known. Pastor Jeffries is the founder of several ministries including, Sister/Sista Ministry, which has transitioned into Na’omi, Inc., a ministry which focuses on equipping the younger generation for their purpose. She is also the founder and producer of “He that hath an ear,” a television ministry on PCTV-21, in which members of the community discuss relevant issues of today and apply biblical principles. She is also a graduate of the American Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor Jeffries is not only an anointed preacher, but also an anointed teacher, who is filled with the Holy Spirit and operating in the gifts and offices of the Holy Ghost. Because of the Word that lies within her and her dynamic preaching style, Pastor Jeffries has become a renowned conference and seminar preacher- traveling state-wide to preach and teach relevant prophetic end time doctrine.

Pastor Jeffries is a retired employee of Highmark Blue Cross and she is married to Deacon David Jeffries. She is the mother of three adult, married children and the grandmother of eight. Pastor Jeffries joins John on today's show to talk about recent events, her call, her various ministries, her visit to Kenya with John, and women in ministry.
