Wayne Unks: Leading from the Heart

Wayne Unks is a leadership practitioner with 40 years of corporate experience. Today, he writes, consults, and teaches on leadership topics. Ever the student, Wayne continues to expand his understanding of leadership and its effects. He resides outside Pittsburgh, PA with his wife, Kate, where they are close to their daughter's family and grandson. Wayne joins John today to talk about leadership, adult learning, graduate school, and what it was like to write his recently released book, Leading from the Heart: A Personal Journey from Rules to Relationships.
