Consciousness always expanding within the simulator, experiences will constantly be created by the individual, that move it through the endless animal bodyfoms. Animals being in states of awareness, the only means by which they can generate experiences and project into future bofyforms, is through the emotional reaction to experiences they walk into, emotion still being as much a generator of effect experience as any other idea generated through the body vehicles. A moment comes when an individual has exhausted all experiences available through the process of simply emotionally reacting and the want for consciousness to expand will generate opportunity for experiences never before encountered. With new experiences that the animal has no references, to draw upon in order to deal with them, what was up until now an emotional vehicle activation, becomes an opportunity and a necessity to utilise far more of the mechanics of the experience forging personal self, a necessity for the first ever mental consideration or causal idea. The point where individuals are no longer simply awareness as animals, but begin to create through the full mechanics of the body vehicles, is the utilising of free will, so we can say that, free will is not so much granted as decided upon , through the want for an individual to generate experiences it has never before had in creation. And then free will experience generation reaches saturation also, and the individual expresses and demonstrates the want to be more.
