Scott Meaney is an Author, Artist and Graphic Designer from New York City. He is the sole Illustrator and co-writer along with Chris Laudando of the underground-cult-hit graphic novel Constellation Park: Book One. Scott got his creative start at a young age after early Saturday-morning-cartoons and 1980’s cinema captivated his mind. He later attended film school and just recently graduated “The Fashion Institute of Technology” with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design. Scott has also worked for Playboy magazine and designed for the Museum of Natural History. His artistic style has been described as “Visual Kung Fu,” his drawings and designs smashing in and out of frames both literally and figuratively. “Constellation Park” centers around Daniel Vaughn who is a young man tormented by painful visions of strange events in a far off land. He is now about to begin an amazing journey of self-discovery through the streets of New York City and beyond. Along the way he is joined by Delorian Grey, a young dance student with a strong will and gentle heart. Also, from the stages of the Coney Island Boardwalk, circa 1970, is washed up Magician, Harold Mephisto Jr.. This unlikely power trio may be the planet's only hope against visitors from a phantasmagorical parallel universe out to dominate all existence. Will Daniel, with the help of his new-found-friends, regain his sense of self-worth and unbreakable power? Join the sci-fi-fantasy-superhero adventure that will forever change the way you look at the stars! Recently "Constellation Park" has gained steam among fans of the smodcast "T.E.S.D." (Tell Em’ Steve Dave) and the far-reaching view-askew community worldwide.
