Good evening listeners and welcome to Isshinryu Today, this program is dedicated to the life and teachings of our founder Shimabuku Tatsuo Sensei, all first generation students and their grand black belts, all practitioners past, present and future. Tonight our panel of black belts will be talking about flinch response drills from a stand up position as well as a ground position.
