Lydia is your lighthouse of love. Teaching, motivating and guiding you on your journey to loving....yourself! Homeostasis is the body self regulating or balancing. Your body is hot, it starts to perspire to cool it off. Spiritual Homeostasis is when your spirit/soul is going off course and it rights itself or balances. Like when you have a soul deadening job and you get laid off or fired. When your relationship has run it's course and one of you decides to call it quits instead of working on it. When you are going down the wrong path and there is someone or something which redirects you. These things can be perceived as bad things yet when we change our perception they will be seen as blessings. In the thick of it, it may be hard. Yet, hindsight will show that it was fortuitous.
