People say President Obama destroyed America !

Never in American history has a President been so disrespected since I remember and have read about in history. From the day he was elected a Republican Senator stated We will not allow anything he purposes go through and they did everything to stop him. Was he the blame for the decay of Jobs, Cities, Terrorist Groups, Poor Education, Etc. I don't think so, yet the rich complained and the poor white Americans blamed but what are the facts ? Was it Universal Health Care Act that destroyed and raised insurance rates ? Are Inter-City Crime going up due to Obama Being soft on crime ? Let Our New President, He is the only one who can fix America and make it great again, but what does he mean by again.
