Executive Orders: Is Trump just signing stuff within thinking ?

Our new president seems to be a pen happy a person who has no clue on what he is doing and just force feeding the poor American people a bill of goods. Anytime you have a president, who spins more time selling me and twittering you must ask yourself the question ? When is executive order being misused ? 

 After Saturday, I could see we have a rogue president that would push his mother under the train if it meant he could feel his ego. President Trump appears to think he's on the campaign trail and reality TV. Will America be great again or are we cutting off the rest of the world. And being set up for WWIII ?
