Drew Taddia, at the age of 18 he packed his bags and moved to California.  Over the next 10 years starting out at a Jr College, Drew played at the university level, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts before he continued to travel the world as a professional baseball player.  Eventually Drew played in 4 countries, 2 continents, Australia and Germany.  As a world traveling professional baseball player, Drew understands how detrimental stress is on the body, which is why he now specializes in helping others learn how to reduce stress. He does this through nutrition, exercise and environment.  Drew has had the opportunity to speak in front of countless audiences helping them improve their health.  He hosts a successful holistic radio show that is syndicated across Canada called Exploring Mind and Body, which is also a podcast that plays around the world.  Drew wrote a bestselling book called Detoxify Yourself. He hosts monthly workshops around preparing food, reducing stress and being active.  He runs an online nutrition and fitness membership site where members are provided with weekly at home video workouts, a weekly meal plan with recipes and grocery shopping lists and online support.  The product that Drew is most proud of is called Complete Truth Protein. This is a plant-based protein supplement made with quinoa and hemp seeds. The product’s main mission is to show people that food is the answer to our health.  Complete Truth Protein improves your health and helps clean up the ingredients you put in your body by a food product in its whole form.
