Living Live with Lynda West

Known as the Oprah of San Diego, Lynda has interviewed stars on the Red Carpet as well as more than 275 people on her show, Living Live. She is a speaker, best selling author of The Year of Fears, producer of WishMan movie, creator/coach of the Finishit Fast Program (turning procrastinators into actionators), and the Facebook Live queen having done more than 2,700 Facebook live videos.  In 2015 she embarked on a journey of facing at least one fear every day. During her journey she met people like the creator and co-founder of the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the inventor of the credit card magnetic strip and MLS, the founder of UGG Boots, the President of Mexico, the creator of everyone's favorite mouse, Chuck E. Cheese, and many others.  Having grown up in a volatile alcoholic household, her voice had been stifled due to fears of what might happen if she spoke out loud. Coupled with that, she married someone just like her dad and the cycle continued. After hiring a life coach in 2014, she found her voice and started sharing her journey to inspire and motivate others to share their story and to live a life with no regrets.
