On Thursday, November 1, Angels Lighthouse will interview award winning documentary filmmaker Rosie Jones about her film, “Westall ’66 A Suburban UFO Mystery.”  The film details the events that took place on April 6, 1966 in the Australian Suburb of Westall.  At a local school hundreds of students teachers and nearby local residents witnessed a UFO hover overhead for several minutes, land and take off again at incredible speed. The authorities rushed in to silence the children and teachers and even confiscated a camera used by a teacher to take photographs of the entire event. In the film, investigator Shane Ryan revisits the extraordinary experience and interviews the original witnesses.

One of the puzzling discoveries made by Rosie and Shane is that film taken by a local television station of the UFO sighting had gone missing.  Another curious find was that the army personnel dressed in camouflage who came to the site were American.  Rosie and Shane were unable to find any meaningful Australian government documents regarding this celebrated case referred to as one of the biggest mass sightings in history.  They are continuing their search for a paper trail and new witnesses. Is it possible they were unable to find government witnesses and documents in Australia because the government witnesses and documents are here in the U.S.?

Angels Lighthouse producer Patricia Baker is asking that anyone in the U.S. who may have information about the Westall case to please contact her at pbaker@angelslighthouse.com prior to the November 1st broadcast.
