Thomas Randall Heddings, aka… Randy Born abroad of Military parents Raised in the US, Canada, Crete and Italy Married to Cheryl (Bigelow) Heddings (the love of my life) Served 13 years active duty military serving in the US, Korea (3 tours) and Germany

Raised in a Christian home and made a personal decision to Trust Jesus as my Savior in June 1974 at a Revival in Lott Rd Baptist Church in Mobile, Al under the ministry of the late Sammy Hall.

Called into the Ministry shortly after but ran from the call.

July 1981, I was at wit’s end and finally gave up running and made a deal with God. I was filled with the Holy Ghost that day and life forever changed as my walk with God did as well.

Sent into ministry in April 1999 in Stephenville, TX

Served as both a Pastor and Church Planter over the last 20 years

Founded the Ministry of Job’s Place Ministries International to support ministers who have been displaced from churches. Work to assist small churches and Small church Pastors

Connect Ministers and Ministries through Conferences, Training Sessions and Annual Cruise to Progresso and Cozumel. Assist in too many ways to list them all and some are done so personally and confidentially, we do not advertise them. Ordained Southern Baptist Minister since 1999 Our ministry helps people on request and we are not funded by regular contributions from others.

They are: “These Things Will They Do Unto You” which deals with Exposing the Devil in Church Conflict and “Except the LORD Build the House…” dealing with church starting from a layperson’s perspective and letting God be God.
