What is God doing Today with BJ Gray

My older sister convinced my parents, M.C. and Essie Gray, to name their 10th child, a girl, Brenda Jean. I was born in Montgomery County, Alabama, during a time of pending change, upheaval, and opportunities. This little Black girl became aware of God and His grace through the nuns and priest of Nazareth Catholic Mission for Colored People.  I was taught that the correct use of the English language and self-disciple in character was paramount for becoming a good and decent person in America.

My father in his quiet way encouraged all ten (10) of his children to be educated and trained people, due to this requirement, I became engrossed on a journey to implement a living process: how to survive and excel in an ever changing world. From Nazareth Mission, to St. Jude Institute, to Sacred Heart Jr. College in Cullman Alabama through the University of Alabama School of Nursing in Birmingham, Alabama my education and training was accomplished as my parents desired.

In the NOW, I Brenda Jean Gray in Decatur, Alabama is CEO of BjGray Enterprises:  CWInstitutes, Inc.  ProDist, Inc., Travel Agency, Executive Producer of Affluent Conversation, TV Program and Expect Radio Ministry. As a woman wanting to be of serve to my community, I work with others, as Pastor of Evangelism at Shiloh Mission Baptist Church, Vice Moderator for No Walls Ministerial Alliance, the City of Decatur, Chairwoman for the Morgan County Democrat Party for the State of Alabama and President Elect of the Pilot Luncheon Club of Morgan County.

My one and only child, a phenomenal daughter, Dr. Baraka Truss says, “My mother is and has always been serving people she comes in contact with.”
