The Power of the Next Generation - guest Brelyn Brooks

Brelyn Brooks is 23 years old and currently lives in Baltimore County. She recently graduated from Morgan State University with a Masters of Science in Sociology. Her areas of concentration were pop culture and disparity in education. She teaches dance and mentors part time. Brelyn created a mentoring program called Queens United at 29th Street Community Center where they engage with middle school girls about self  esteem, community building, and sisterhood. Brelyn has a deep passion for music and dance. She is also passionate about black empowerment and sowing into the youth which has led to her pursuit in being an educator and mentor.
