Reconnection

Afer eight years of life, my friend recently sent me a link to a podcast we had done and I listened to it. I remembered how much I loved sharing to others about the lessons I learned and decided to start up again. In the past eight years I have dealt with a lot of changes and challenges as well has having some incredible experiences and ultimate joys. 

I have learned about the power of love, the trickiness of relationships with your kids, the truth of caretaking for a loved one, making difficult choices and loss, grief and suicide. All of this has reshaped my life into a place where I feel truly connected to myself for the first time in my life. And I want to share that will all of you. 

So, settle in as we begin the first of many chats about life and the way you want to live it.
