In March 2019 Sanchel Brown premiered  “Home to Homeland”  at Urban Movement Arts in Philadelphia, PA. Home to Homeland  is a interactive dance/ theater performance of her journey from her living room in Baltimore to Senegal. The performance travels through various rooms representing pit stops in New Orleans, and Daytime television via The Wendy Williams Show where she interviews myself on the meaning of home. Her final stop lies in Senegal where she closes the performance with a deep spiritual reflective dance and poem saunce that highlights the connective tissues within African-AMerican and african Conitnetal culture.

This podcast is a reflection of these theatrical and tangible experiences including conversations and interviews that highlight the united forces of Afrikans globally. Tune in Wednesdays and Sundays to travel from Home to Homeland.
